PROPERTY OUTREACH

Bob Mauch reported that a meeting of the committee was held at 6:30 pm.  A tentative agreement has been reached with one of the 5 targeted property landowners for a meeting to occur in mid September.  Meetings have occurred with two other landowners who are interested but are worried about the market values.  One landowner is interested in having the OSC submit an application for grant money.
One other landowner stated that the land is presently deed restricted. The OSC is   reviewing the deed and the restriction to extend restriction into a conservancy agreement.

None of the landowners indicated they were interested in developing their land.
