Overview
The Earned Income Tax (EIT) and Local Services Tax (LST) are collected by Keystone Collections Group for all taxing authorities within Chester County, including Schuylkill Township. Under Act 32 of 2008 requires municipal governments and school districts in all Pennsylvania counties, except Philadelphia, to appoint a single tax collector to serve the Earned Income Tax collection needs of the political subdivisions within the county. The Chester County Tax Collection Committee (CTCC) selected Keystone which officially started EIT and LST collections for the CTCC on January 1, 2011.

Tax Refund Form
If you earned less than $12,000 from all sources and paid the $52 LST Tax, you may be eligible for a refund. Fill out an LST Tax Refund Form to obtain any LST refund due to you.
